Spring 2008 will see some changes for the better at Frederick Baseball Association. We have been listening to the parents, players and coaches and have taken all your comments and suggestions to heart.
*The first change you will see is a slight decrease in registration fees. We have decreased the registration fee by $5.00 and done away with the raffle.
*Early registration will begin October 6th and end December 15th. If you register and pay during that time frame, you will save an additional $10.00! Registration forms will be available at "In The Streets."
*The major change to Frederick Baseball Association will be the age changes in the divisions. They will be as follows:
Junior Coach Pitch - Age 4 and 5
Senior Coach Pitch - Age 6 and 7
Rookie Division - Age 8 and 9
Cal Ripken Division - Age 10, 11 and 12.
These changes will make each division more competitive and enjoyable for all players. In addition, it will make the players more competitive at the division, state and national levels.
*Frederick Baseball Association is teaming up with Fort Detrick and will be using the new fields there.
*Your help is needed in making Frederick Baseball Association the premier league in Frederick. Whatever your expertise, your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
